THS Atheltic Field Improvements, Phase I| Taos, NM | 2009

When TMS requested that Phase 1 of the Taos High School Athletic Fields be complete in under three months, Living Designs Group delivered the design, documents and the contract for on-time construction. LDG went beyond our call to provide not only the scope, but to schedule, communicate, and execute the project.

By designing a unique, multi-permit, phased schedule for the THS athletic fields, LDG delivered a fast-tracked Phase I design allowing for completion of the football field and grandstands by August 2009. This strict schedule conformance was achieved through our team’s diligence effort to keep the design process on task. The LDG Team provided rapid design iterations and pursued constant feedback from the team, coaches, administrators, and project planning staff to hone the design and incorporate client input in the process.

Phase 1 construction of the football field was completed on schedule and broken in for Homecoming 2009.
